More Backstory-ey Backstory: Altrui Iyrc is a sort of non-cyborg Robocop who protected the defenceless
Ice Villages of the north. After the Fire Nation attacked, he fled with the rest of the survivors to the rest of the world and settled down in [insert whereever Menen wants it to be] and has since hunted down criminals the local law just can't catch and serves up a plate of his twisted justice to them.
