Imagine if you are somehow lost in space. You won't die. You will be lost in space, floating somewhere no one can find you, until the end of time itself. Or if you are in the middle of an earthquake and an entire building falls on you. Or you get stuck in a landslide and you are buried in the ground. You will be there until someone digs you up.
