I also support this idea.
Why is it that the most obvious vehicles that should Blockland, never get made? (sports cars, boats, tanks, and such) Of coarse the raft was made, but that didn't cut it...

It would have to be a tank with wheels.

Is there a limit to how many wheels a vehicle can have? If not, just have lots of wheels in a row with a cover over them.

^^good idea, if only Torque supported moving textures(what gives, even the original doom engine supports moving textures)

Have invisible wheels ("NothingTire" is a very short, invisible tire used on the skis) and an animation played on the model with checks on whether it is moving or not.

take a jeep, chage the model, chage handling/wight/speed, do whatever with the wheels,
add a moded RL (aloshis war plane) and volla! tank

Well i think it would be easier to just design a tank like on conker live & reloaded, this way it wouldnt take up so much space. Plus i think if it had lots of wheels it would have more physics so yeah i think 2 wheeled (like conker live and reloaded) is good enough.
