Look in the upper middle area of the screen. He has a toolbar with a button on it that links to a piracy site, and it has the caption "play hacked games..."

Thats a site called ArcadePreHacks that I used to like to
play at when I was younger. People hack games from every
site and post them on here, but if owners of the games don't want them
then ArcadePreHack staff just shut the games they hacked down.
