also, in the second image, you don't have "AA - Transparency" on
which, I would assume, is a very important part, considering how important it is for images with AA
at zenloth said, it may also be a problem that the settings you are showing are for the launcher, not the actual game
which may or may not affect it; I'm not sure, because I don't have any experience with good GPUs, or with exactly how the game works

I actually have it set to 4x and it still looks nice, mine goes to the 32x but I don't need that much, I might try it out actually.
