Just Cause 2 Glitch

my Sp game got glitched after I restarted a mission form a checkpoint

I keep getting this when I start the game up, even when I have done more missions.

The white tiger, But those things you see are from the beginning of the game, and they are supposed to disappear once you take over your first strong hold

Those Icons in the middle of the screen are supposed to disappear, that person on the top left only talks in the very beginning of the game, and they aren't supposed to be there.

there are other places to get help. many game specific forums can help you out here. for example, if blockland crashes whenever you try to host, asking on the TF2 forums won't be as helpful or fast as asking here.
