i realize a gaming console has a simplified "OS" and no background junk running like a computer has.

but even modern games can use well over 2g of ram on their own...
consoles should be having 4g now. especially for how cheap ddr3 is

I don't see the point of this console. Computers are already open to any developer wanting to make games. Consoles need to die so there will only be one choice, the computer! Consoles are so annoying considering the games used on them are made on PC's, yet most remain console exclusives!
