Sounds like you have a terrible setup inside that machine of yours. If something breaks on my pc it probably something that I did wrong not the parts themselves. In your case it sounds like the cooling fan is dead, or a heating sink is missing, or you are doing something to your pc that it can't handle to cause it to overheat.
