everyone is off topic now. the topic is about Tom's guitar playing.
and whoever mentioned his voice (idgaf who mentioned it, i'm just giving my answer on that) being bad:
his voice gradually got better as the 90s progressed, and in 2004 it started to fade. blink eventually went on hiatus, and it was either drinking that affected his voice, or it was him starting to not care for blink-182.
but as he started AvA his voice got much, much better, but it has a more mature sound to it. AvA broke up and he didnt have much need for singing anymore, and drinking helped with his voice being bad aswell. in 2009 when blink-182 really started playing shows again, his voice was awful, but since it's punk it doesn't matter what you look like or how you sound/play. so obviously the fanbase was still going crazy.
but his voice is much, much better for anyone who hasnt watched them live in the UK. they recently toured with the All American Rejects in the UK, and Tom has started wearing a cap again, and his voice is much, much better. i'm very glad. for anyone who thinks he sounds bad, look them up playing in 2012 at the 02 Arena. it's not perfect though, so dont expect it to be!
