You've got one of those weird laptops that has a good CPU but a stuffe graphics card.  A general rule of thumb is to avoid any graphics card that is branded with Intel if you want to game.

The HD 4000 is okay if you do low end gaming.  Anything more demanding than... Portal 2?  Probably won't run well.
