Author Topic: Is v21 coming out yet?  (Read 9598 times)

It appears that 2 of my friends can't access Blockland anymore since today started. They appear as 'Offline' in Blockland, yet they can still communicate in RTB. And forum.blockland.us is also unresponsive to them too.

This means that v21 is coming out.

not sure if sarcasm or serious...

hope it latter :DD

This happens to my friend too.

Now why would Ephialtes be sarcastic at such desperate measures. If he were sarcastic, he would come out later and admit it, silly.

Surely the release of v21 wouldn't cause these things?

Ephialtes has always been sarcastic at times. He was even being sarcastic about leaving RTB and giving his place to Kalphiter.

I was so disappointed...

when new versions are being released, sometimes things like this happen

omg i joined a game V21!11!!!1111151FourtyEight.1!1!1!!!

Uh, filipe can't go to BL too, he cant go to blockland.us, but i can :o

This is a DNS issue, if you want a fix right now, switch to the Google Public DNS servers

https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

I just viewed the cached page, then click on something, and I got on. I don't know what's with the error, but I sure hope it's v21, or its just some faulty DNS error...

Isn't this because of that virus that one some certain date would cause users to lose connection to certain sites?

I think it's because the FBI stopped hosting a site to protect users.

they said they'd announce when v21 came out, so i guess that would be the real sign, haha.

You would lose all connectivity to the internet, period. This isn't strictly true, I think connections by IP addresses would still work. But the virus changed your DNS server, and once the server got shut down, your computer wouldn't be able to resolve any hostnames so it would appear to most people that the internet was not working.
