I don't suggest jail breaking it unless you buy warranty, so if you somehow forget it up you can replace it.Thats what happened to my old iPod.I got a new one, but it's not jail broken.Also jail breaks make your device slow, and it crash's a lot.Not to mention it takes up a lot of space.You can risk it, but I don't suggest doing it unless you decide to buy warranty.

Jailbreaking is easy as forget and if you screw it up you're handicapped.

Anyways Jailbreaking voids the warranty so it's pointless to only do it if you buy a warranty.
