Earlier today, I visited Cougar's Alcatraz Prison Escape, a nice build which is featured on the gallery. I joined to witness multiple freekilling guards who Cougar and Buddy! the admins did nothing about, but they soon stopped on their own. While I was loading, someone was kicked for breaking a rule that was never stated - joining the Warden team which was 'admin only' and Cougar did nothing to prevent someone from joining that team after I offered help. Later, someone was banned permanently for "Teaching when he needs to be taught." I never saw the argument and I was paying close attention to the chat. Then someone joined who obviously thought it was just a TDM, and he kept on killing prisoners. I tried to help him but I was cut short by a permaban to the DMer by Buddy!. Anyways, Cougar continued to be a dumbass. He banned someone for 'bike abuse' permanently, and the only form of justice within the server was the votekick, and that was abused too.
