It was directly warned not to reference ponies in any way. It was a clear order given by Badspot himself to it. There is no excuse for being so stupid and self-destructive.

What? I'm arguing that the ban wasn't "unfair", it was told ahead of time that referencing ponies would get itself banned and it broke the rules...
