There's a train in the intro and it's about some bottle things that contain something that is very important.
The whole story depends on the whatever things. It's like ye olden England or somesuch. wtf am I thinking about?

also there's a scene when they're in a room on the second floor of a building maybe

I should add that I watched this as a kid so it's probably some years old
I think the last episode was all about how someone had to stop the train or something cause they had the jar with the thing on the train and something.
It was probably a ring in the container thing :o Like a legit circular object you put on your finger
