Clearly you don't know how the legal system works. Jail is the place you go to make sure you show up to your trial. You can get bailed out of Jail, but you have to show up, otherwise if you fail to show the bail bondsman/judge puts a bounty/warrant on you to track you down and bring you back to trial. Also bail jumping and failing to show up to court is a crime and if you are found innocent for the first crime you will be charged again for attempting to flee/not show up. Also Prison/Juvenile Hall is the final destination.
