If someone kills someone else they should get the same punishment
So if someone killed someone else the should get a death sentence

I have all the right to get worked up. You're speaking from a stance of ignorance and you have absolutely no idea how the law works. If you didn't stop there, you would realize that the insanity defense isn't a, "Free pass" for murderers and that you have been misleading people in this thread.

The more you convince people that the insanity defense is just a get out of jail free card, the more likely it is that they will support it being repealed in the future and mentally ill people will be getting executed for crimes that weren't their fault.

Isn't that kind of the point?  They are dead.  They can't do any more harm to anybody because they are dead.  They're literally worm food and nothing else.  

In solitary confinement they wouldn't be able to harm anybody either. As far as we know, death is where it ends and there is nothing else after that. I honestly think it would be much worse to be in solitary confinement for the rest of my life than be killed immediately.

What's the point of killing them? Solitary confinement for life seems much worse. Day after day doing nothing, stuck in a room, just waiting to die. No contact with anyone ever again. But death, they won't have to worry about anything after that.

I was saying that people that do large crimes should be killed and that if there is no harsh punishment people that would be inclined to do things like that would go ahewad and do them.

Funny a couple weeks ago me and my friend were talking about the same thing he came to the conclusion the the raspiest should get there balls removed im not trying to be funny when I say that that's honestly what we came to as a conclusion
