No because society doesn't dictate laws. Our government does and they know that castrating people for procrastination is stupid.

Castration for rapists would actually be a viable option if they were allowed to store their sperm in a spermbank for use later if necessary. Additionally some forms of chemical castration cause serious adverse side effects such as severe depression. So until those are fixed I don't think chemical castration is a good idea for rapists.

your making no sense. Your making laws that would have been in place in the 19th century. This is the 21st. Cutting off people's gentilia is wrong, and so is cutting off peoples hands. Its inhumane. Now, I'm not saying I'm a rape supporter, but doing things like this to rapists is wrong. Jail time, and multiple correctional meetings is probably the most effective. And in prison, rapists dont rape others, thats just a saying developed by the media. They gash each other with filed down tooth brushes, cut a hole in their stomach, arm, chest, and get a grip on it and rip it out. Then you bleed out, and die.

Also, you do know that cutting your junk off, is an incredibly fast way to bleed out? using a hatchet/ax to cut off a mans testicals/richard would most likely end in death, therefore, your argument is invalid.
