I never really liked how we had to always jump in a vehicle in order to get in it, sometimes it would be a pain in the ass to get out. If you right click to try and get out of a vehicle before its going to explode and the vehicle is still slightly moving you will get put back in and then die because it exploded.
There should either be a longer delay to get inside vehicles or you can hit the key E, similar to Battlefield 3 and Arma 2 (except its the spacebar).
This also looks nicer when making movies/videos and having people enter a bus or a car instead of just jumping right inside it.
