1x A Poor Needle

(t heals you. i got 8 health from it)

and something that is on the wiki, Spyglass.
(its binoculars OK)

EDIT: couple more items:
1. Kiln. Used to make a blowpipe.

where to find food in the begging of the game?

I ran out of rocks to cut stuff, I had my raft break on an island with no rocks. FFS.

For food, use a rock on corpses of animals. The "red snakes" that dont move are dead snakes.

This game is getting lovey, but it's too hard to sustain yourself.
Every time I think "wow ok I'm gonna go make a needle, or a furnace, or something awesome" I take two steps forward and realize "wow ok I need to eat, feed my fire, and sleep"
