and far better durability.
i agree with you on all points except for this one and here's why
android is on loving everything

i mean, they've got it on the new boeing 787's ffs.
for this reason, durability depends on the carrier of the OS, not the OS.
those planes are pretty damn durable. definitely more durable than an iPhone, but no surprise. the iPhone is a phone, not a plane.
on the other hand, some android phone ARE more durable than the iphone, and others aren't. this is subjective based on the phone.

Which android phone did y-

wait forget no i don't want to discuss it here. someone go bump the android thread.
im no law reading but Im pretty sure this can be considered blackmail

it's like blackmail, except P wasn't threatening mack with revealing something to force him to do something.

now, if he had said
Quote
"mack if you don't do this i'll tell everyone about that time you had gay love!"
that'd be blackmail.
if he had said
Quote
"mack if you don't do this i'll tell everyone you're a horrible buisnessperson, and you won't return something i sold to you!"
that might be blackmail albeit very very stuffty blackmail.
If there is a law against this, sue the forget out of him.
you mean against suing him for this or what?

No but he threatened to take back the phone that he technically already bought if he didnt give him the rest of the money which was promised a month later

this post is confusing to me.
i think you're trying to say that the guy threatened to take the phone back prior to the agreement?
yes that's obviously wrong.

mack did you sign any papers or was this a fairly unofficial deal?

No he tried to threaten to take back the phone after they agreed he would pay in August

i phrased my response to your poorly worded statement poorly. <also poorly worded
here's what i meant to say
i think you're trying to say that the guy threatened to take the phone back prior to the time that agreed upon at the sale?

Read story. go beat him up and get your money back. oke

"My case is that he lied to me :("

"Well, did he physically force you to pay for the phone, or did he just push up the payment date in a roundabout way?"

"W-well he lied to me."

"Oh poor baby."

You guys are morons, you can't sue someone because they lied to you about their plans. That means you could sue your parents for lying about the tooth fairy or where your pet went over summer vacation.

He didn't force up the agreed upon price or anything. He didn't do anything illegal. He did do something richardish but not illegal. If he went to a lawyer with this -even if he DID have a case- he would probably spend more money than he would get.

This. it would cost more to get a lawyer than the hundred dollars he gave to his friend. Plus it wouldn't even matter because this wasn't an illegal move P made.

If P threatened to commit vandalism or brutality against him if he didn't get all of his money then yeah he could be sued. for very little.

TL;DR You're all stupid for saying he should sue when he cant.

Anyone who said to get a lawyer has no idea how the legal system works

This.  At least look into it man.

Man your friend is a richard.  Go into his room at night and delete all of his contacts, texts and other info and reverse all of his preferences.
'
or even better, take it, look up gay research or something, leave it out in the open and run.
his parents will be like wtf ew
