Hot Pursuit or Driver: San Fransisco?

okay, so i have 25 dollars and I don't know if I should get need for speed hot pursuit or driver: san fransisco for xbox. could i have some help deciding? I'm stuck on driver cause of the freeroam opportunities but hot pursuit has amazing multiplayer. What should i get?

driver: sf if you like to freedrive hundreds of cars in freeroam, multiple missions, great crashes, and also police chases and stuff. awesome powers.

hot pursuit: if you like awesome chases, amazing crashes, amazing graphics, great cars, amazing police chases, amazing multiplayer, and awesome gamemodes.

driver has a good storyline, and great forget-around opportunity after you're done
never played hot pursuit though so I can't judge

plus it has a forget-ton of eargasm supercars and tunnels

I have Hot Pursuit. Driving supercars is fun, but there are no cops in free roam and you cannot customize your cars like other Need for Speed games

yeah, I was hoping for more customization and also missed the pure drifting races that were in some of the other games.

besides the hot pursuit that I have, which I think is just NFS hot pursuit, the only nfs games I played actively were underground 1 and 2

I played hot pursuit 2. Sure, Hot Pursuit is a better version, but it is worse compare to Most Wanted IMO.
