It's not like a forum is for public discussion or anything...

You can download a soundtrack for any loving movie, without buying the loving movie.

But you still have to pay for it.  Also, the soundtrack is a lot different than the entire audio of a movie.

Or buy the game.  It's just $20.  Or just download the models and material files by setting up a dedicated server. (Which is perfectly legal, seeing as it's directly from Valve's servers and doesn't include textures and sounds.)
