specifically, have builds saved with their respective map settings, and add another checkbox next to "load ownership" with "load map settings"

This is probably what gamemode does.

I don't see why we would need to differentiate based on lighting though... The only reason there are map categories now is because of interiors and terrain, there isn't much use for tags or categories. A default search bar would be sufficient. Modded can do the other things for the few that might get some use out of them.
