That "HOTEL" city is a build/map me, Rotondo, and Loser Hero made for Left4Block.
Apparently we never released it. Funny.

He himself said he didn't know how Badspot got it. Blockland cannot be hacked and I doubt Badspot would just steal a build for whatever.
Considering Rotondo and Badspot are acquaintances I'd say Rotondo gave it to him.

If Rotondo helped make it then he would obviously save the bricks. He probably just gave it to Badspot for the video or he couldve given it to him a long time ago.
