I know this has been said many times but, this is perfect for OnDay OnNight events.

OnDay = soon as day strikes, the event triggers

OnNight = soon as dark looms, the event triggers

Could this be possible?

And even if there weren't, someone would make them the instant v21 is released.

I hope someone will release something that can add in Preferences a way to change which admins can use the Environement editor.
But I still think I should clear my admin list, and re-make it.

Most likely. I see it as a good way to filter out your crappy admins though if you honestly think you're going to have that problem.

Would it be possible to offset the sun so it is not 100% overhead at noon?

Are you talking about making the sun cycle as if it were NOT the Summer Solstice all the time?

Would be a neat feature to just set the Sun's entire rotation path, such as how the Sun goes AROUND the sky in Alaskan Summers.
