1. Shut down all PCs connected to your network.
2. Unplug the power cable on your modem and your router.
3. Wait 30 seconds.
4. Plug your modem back in and wait until it is fully booted.
5. Plug your router back in and wait until it is fully booted.
6. Turn PCs back on.

I feel your pain, mang. I had WB for a few years. Try to get mobile broadband with an amplifier and a booster antenna. It fixed my situation.
