protip: not everyone is even in passive duty either. I'm not, my brother isn't, my parent's aren't. It's very hard to enlist every single person in your army, even as reserve, but hey maybe North Korea can do it.

unless for medical/mental reasons everyone in the country is required to serve in the military and be part of the reserves

when i say military i mean they have to serve in the defense force, sorry. i guess i was a little too vague. there's more than a single branch and many different things people can do to get around it if they don't want to actually fight.

I will admit I was being a bit unreasonable and a bit of a dumbstuff as well. I found it un-serious in the way he structured it. I didn't fully understand what "everyone joins the military" meant. I thought it meant that no one worked on anything at all. I locked it because I was afraid we would continue arguing and it would make the thread "bad". I guess the way I ended it was not mature. I am sorry to op for the insults and the arguing. I am sorry to Lol D for thinking the way he made his country was not serious or good.
