To be bluntly honest, it's never going to happen.
Updates are far enough apart as it is, imagine how slow updating would be if they had to update TWO games at the same time.
Unless they had a 2nd development group specifically for the tablet version

This is the only way this is going to happen...

This doesn't seem like a bad idea actually, blockland isn't system demanding, so why the forget not :o

Plus, my computer is getting too old to run blockland, so why not try?

I need to get a group together...

You have total lack of understanding about the purpose of the tablet, its purpose and design, or the void it fills do you?

People who compare it to a laptop generally have missed the point entirely. I'm not trying to be condescending, I just really think you haven't realize the point of a tablet yet. Frankly your focus on the iPad sounds more like an anti-Mac rant.

and your focus seems to be all about pro mac. as his rant on the usability and price of the ipad is legit

nope, to much lag

Was what they said about Minecraft on iPad/iOS/mobile Android things.

But, honestly I think it would be too hard and maybe not worth porting it to the iPad.

Guys why are we even arguing, this is already on the agenda! Its coming out right after Blockland for Tamagotchi.

How do you know?
I'm guessing you don't know what a Tamagotchi is, because if you did then you would know he was being sarcastic.

YOU SON OF A BITCH! WHY DID YOU BUMP THIS?

Because this thread has to go on!

that required a complete overhaul of the game, meaning it was like making a new game on a different engine. stop making some weak-ass retort that "Minecraft made a mobile version", because you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

plus, no people but Badspot, kompressor and possibly Ephi/Rotondo have access to the source code of the game, so even if it was possible to have it on iOS/Android in it's current state, it would have to be by the development team, not community made. plus i don't even think you can obtain TGE 1.3 legitimately anymore.

many many many
Galaxy Nexus, Motorola has some, Google has or is making one.
There are way too many tablets out there that are far better than the iPad or and "i" product.
its a phone...
not a tablet.
