Include/Exclude participation in minigame Event (Please read)

Lemme elaborate. There are 3 people in a slayer minigame. One person uses the event to not participate. The two people fight and one wins. Even though there are two person left, the person who killed the other person wins since the first person wasn't participating.

Tl;dr: An event similar to leaving the minigame but you are still in the minigame. Sort of like participating or not participating.
