Getting perma banned from Lugnuts Zombies in the Bluzone

I'm hoping that a badmin is going to lift the bans or the host is going to, because this is getting out of hand. They perma-ban you, and barely warn you.

Your way is not the right way. Everyone has their way of doing it. You say you're not a control freak yet you've been trying to control things by telling us how to run our server.

Everything I've said so far is a suggestion. If you choose not to agree, your server is that much less awesome. Furthermore, validating your inefficient and ineffective system of handling ban requests under the excuse, "Everyone has their way of doing it" is completely irrelevant because you can do whatever you want, but that doesn't make it any less terrible.

You tell us to basically overthrow Kniaz and let you run the server because only you can stop the "tyranny" of the Bluzone admins and because, again, you are definitely not a control freak. In your appeal you continually bash the server, admins and Kniaz and you try to make us look like we need help when we really don't.

You obviously need help considering the drama topic about your server is on the front page of Drama.

I'm no PR expert or anything, but having a thread that is slandering your server on the most viewed board on the game's official forum isn't good for business. You're doing something wrong.

You might not like the way we run our server, that's fine, but you don't just waltz in telling us how to run things and to change everything.

You keep referring to your server as popular like it's some kind of medal. You have a server that averages a stable population equal to that of what you'd find in a 5 & Diner during slow hours. This is just an assumption but I bet you haven't made more than $100 in donations since you first started hosting.

Also, using some sort of post hoc correlation like, "people who like to joke around are more likely to troll" is a great way to ban a lot of people who didn't mean any harm in the first place. Which explains why, as I said earlier, your server is being slandered on the front page of the 2nd most popular board on the Blockland Forums. Good job.

Here's the funny part though, this entire conversation offers another indisputable proof that you guys are internet tyrants.

You guys discussed and decided to change the welcome message because it was too ambiguous, which is what I told you caused me to get banned. However you didn't unban me even though you decided to reword it after I brought that up, simply because I wouldn't change my opinion of the host.

Let's list the facts here:

-SeventhSandwich was banned for a rule
-SeventhSandwich complained that he was only banned because the rule was ambiguous and he didn't understand
-SeventhSandwich thinks host is an internet tyrant because he was permanently banned for something minor and frivolous
-Host changes rule and doesn't unban SeventhSandwich even though he changed the same rule SeventhSandwich was banned for

Tyrant: "one who rules without law, looks to his own advantage rather than that of his subjects, and uses extreme and cruel tactics—against his own people as well as others"

Lugnut:
-Didn't unban SeventhSandwich although he changed the 'law' responsible for the ban
-Used an extreme punishment (permanent ban) on his own server on people who didn't deserve it
and most importantly,
-Kept SeventhSandwich's permanent ban because he insulted him but did not break a rule.

I'm not the kind of person who takes blatant injustice from other people, and then acts like I'm okay with it just to win them back with logic and get unbanned. forget that.

You either stop being internet tyrants and follow your own rules, or you end up with 0 people on your server once people get the picture that you're all a bunch of power tripping children.

It's rather well known that various hosts simply perma-ban people when they break the rules, you can't call it extreme punishment. We're removing people from the server we do not want in the server.
Didn't deserve it? You broke the rule twice (we've already banned people numerous times for this) albeit under a misunderstanding, but I seem to recall ignorance not being a valid defence?

you probably would've been unbanned a few pages back if I had anything to say about it, but i don't. now, it's not seeming so likely because you're still here, still making a big deal out of this. our server is successful. it might have cracks running down it's framework, but it's not broken in half.
