i use some custom built pc stuff with a semi-ugly case but thats no problem
keyboard is a razer blackwidow ultimate gaming keyboard bf3 edition
mouse is a razer naga
headphones are sennheiser HD 570s
mp3 is a Iphone 4S
display - 23 inch wide monitor forget brand
speakers i have none

Mouse: 40 dollar mouse, does the job that's all that matters

Keyboard: Love my iMac's default keyboard from 4 years ago

Speakers: Insignia 2.1 channel

I don't use headphones often.

AOC 22 inch LED backlit, next to my 2008 iMac that runs fine to this day for all my video editing purposes

MP3 is either my iPhone 4 or my ASUS transformer pad

OS is Windows 7 professional and Mac osx snow leopard

And also last but not least, forget the format.

Gosh how do you deal with an Android tablet after having an iPhone? iPad is far superior :(

Not when mine is way way better than the iPad on every level rub. Seriously so much more processing power, screen size and just better overall than the iPad.
