Well, you start out with the average Butter Knife, and you Self Delete by stab other Docters to rank up.
The final level to rank up to is The Official Docter (Level 70), which lets you unlock the Butterfly Knife.

You also unlock a new knife every 7 rank-ups!
We're taking a poll to see if people would perfer a Kitchen Knife or a Butcher Knife
