There is and never was any support for custom death sounds in this mod.

It worked when it was a private mod, but was cut before release. So I guess it technically supported it once but not in a very long time.

Bug report: If a person is in a low space and is forced to crouch but is not actually holding the shift key, they'll still make footstep noises.

I think I'll throw in my own "quiet player" who makes no noise.
