I mean, I don't see how they can't give me the Youtube account. It has been inactive for 5 years. I don't see how it's fair that someone can just have that name and not even use it when someone else out there wants it.

Kazami, just get a new name.  Youtube isn't going to care.  And it's plenty fair, they wanted that name first, so they get it.  Kazami isn't exactly an original sounding name anyways.
