I have a mac and i didn't even know mountain lion existed.

not going to make any difference
And why do they want you to only use a mac?
You should tell them that you want to try something different.
After all, when your older and you start working, you'll make your own cash and then you can buy a Windows computer if you want, he can't make you not buy another mac, they would be too damn expensive by then.

Or if you're buying a laptop, everything is cheap stuff on the Windows side.
A laptop is a bicycle with a motor welded onto it. You may think you are getting the full advantage of a desktop with mobility, but you are only fooling yourself and they only have limited capabilities.

The features that are included in this update are so small I never use 90% of them. I have a Mac and a PC and I use my PC most of the time but from my past experience with an Apple computer I didn't use many of the "amazing features" that they included in their updates.

not really.  not many laptop users think they're as good as a desktop.

because taking your desktop to a different state or country is so easy.

Here's something:
Macs can run Windows legally.
PCs can't run MacOS legally.

By attempting to circumvent Apple protections, you are a dumbass because you are clearly breaking Apple's legally binding contract and you'll probably get your Apple ID terminated.

FINALLY, they fixed the midi-player-is-extremely-quiet bug.

i have mac cheetah

lol no you don't

nobody has Cheetah anymore

OT: Personally I don't think that the changes in Mountain Lion are drastic enough to pay 20 dollars for; I'm perfectly satisfied with Lion and I don't think that that will change, at least for a while

Why do they have a version called puma(cougar) and mountain lion? Because those are the same thing and it doesn't make sense to me.
