I don't think we want those players.
I got into a very interesting argument a few months ago when I retried roblox for laughs, still stuffty by the way, and to generally mess with kids. I killed a kid, he was about 5 or 6 I think, with an RL, the almighty n00bt00b, and he starts calling me words like stupid, and meanie. He respawns, I kill him with my jeep, then he gets serious. He started calling me things like stuffface, starfish, and what not. I was honestly blown away. I was just like "Dafuq?". Why does this kid know these words. He kills me in my befuddlement, by the way. I come to, a few moments later, and start going on a killing rampage against him in a heli where I just hovered outside his base, periodically killing him when he came out. A few scores of points later, I get bored. So with a few parting words, I told him to have fun, you little mother you, (yes, just mother). I leave and play another server, then that server lags, (well, lags more than it always does), and shuts down. Turns out, I got a 3 day ban because that little noob reported me for saying "mother" in a suggestive way, yes, suggestive-not vulgar language, nor abuse-but suggestive.
I like the stuff I write when I'm half asleep and high on the feelings of fulfilled lust for violence.
Damn, I wrote a lot.
Roblox in a nutshell:
|-Moderators who jump at the chance to ban anything that moves
||-Users who jump at the chance to report anything that moves to the ban happy moderators
|||-People who actually want to play the game for the little bit that it's worth, only they cant because they dont have the time to religiously read and
|||-pay attention to the rules, so they wind up getting reported by the idiot users, and banned by the idiot moderators.
How this could be fixed simply:
-Hire Better Mods
-Spiff up the report system to where they read every report, if they don't already.
If you can destroy the base of the problem (see
Moderators who jump at the chance to ban anything that moves), then the whole rest falls apart. It would take some time, but it's very simple.
