I was thinking that someone could make a normal vehicle add on like they look real.
I would make one if i knew what the make add on program is.

a realistic-looking vehicle? that wouldn't really fit in with the blocky style blockland has, i don't think.

try google, look around the forums
anything that exports a .dts should work
common modeling programs people use for BL are milkshake and blender
to code, anything that can edit text and save as a .cs or able to change to a .cs will work (like notepad)

just saying though, i doubt you'll get very far
