Admin Cloak

I am looking for/suggesting a cloak type of add-on. This would allow an admin to be able to cloak himself (become completely invisible) with a key-bind. For example:  you hit "ctrl c" and you become invisible, then you hit it again and you become visible. And when cloaked your name is also not visible from any distance. And if possible, it tells you in centerprint (like macro) when you become invisible and visible. I don't think anyone has created anything like this with a key-bind, but I will keep looking.

I am aware of the AdminX add-on which includes a cloak feature which allows you to become invisible, but you have to ctrl k to become visible again and you have to type "/cloak" or something. I need one that works with a key-bind.

I think this add-on should be quite easy to make and it would be useful in multiple ways for others.

For multiple things. I am creating a Slender game. I also need it for administrating my server.

Yes, please make it. If you could, make it so your name is always invisible. Please figure out how to do it because that would be very helpful. But if you can't, I will settle with it only appearing really close to other players. That one uses a command, but I need a key-bind.

And remember the centerprint chat (like macro) when toggling it.

It's a client sided chat notification. (Like add-ons that have a /help command)

It's ok if the name is visible from directly in front of other players. I can live with that.

you could make the shapename only visible from 1 stud away so you couldn't see unless you were touching the cloaked player's collision box

Use AdminX, it has a cloak function that hides your player and your name, really far away and really close, not in between for some reason.
