Sirens blare around the city as an all out world war, citizens are immediately forced into underground bunkers that litter the city, REDCON levels are raised to one.  Backup generators kick in around the city, and are now powering small portions of it, as well as the underground bunkers.  Volunteering and patriotic citizens are issued weapons and armor to help defend the country.

Civilians are immediately evacuated as the missile is launched. Civilians are safe however the city is damaged heavily. Multiple ICBMs are launched with flares and all hit the capital, destroying multiple buildings.
