so i got a claymore that doesnt suck
and im on blighttown
those
loving
blowdarts
so glad i killed their asses
do they respawn

Fairly large bump.
I'll be getting this on PS3 tomorrow.

Massive bump because I'm looking for someone to play with, as I just bought the PC version.

some nice person happened to gift this to me (thanks Chrone)

but I've not even been able to really start it because it keeps kicking me back to the menu

with some mesage about the framer ate being to low for online play

I've lowered the resolution and everything

is there a way to play it in offline mode or something?

You should go into your task manager, right click data.exe and dark souls and seth the priority of both to high.
Try that first. Also, disable AA and motion blur

I'll try that here in just a little bit thanks

also sounds like it might be something that could help with a lot of things

never heard of doing the task manger thing before for something

The problem with the PC version of Dark Souls is that it doesn't fully utilize your GPU, in fact it only uses about 25% of what it should.

got past blighttown finally
even sen's fortress is easier than that forgetin place
im trapped in ariamis :-(

forget Blighttown that place is scary

forget Blighttown that place is scary
it got better after all the loving blowdart starfishs were dead

Wow, got this for Christmas, and it's amazing.
My only complaints are the invaders who kill you in two hits no matter what and the loving undead elite guards.
Any tips would be appreciated.

if you see a guy in black knight armor gtfo hes gonna kill you becasue hes built for that stuff
also what elite guards i bet i can tell you a strategy
like where are they

The first one you meet guarding the knight shield pisses me off really bad, and the second one with the hollow spear guy.

I have this on PS3 now but I haven't been in the mood to play it recently.
