Welcome image

I was wondering if someone could make a script that would show an image in the upper left-hand corner instead of the welcome message. In particular I wanted to make a long rectangle. Perhaps you could put the image in the same zip as the addon and then specify it?

It would also be nice if you could add an option to make it show up after you spawn, but I'm sure that's an entire different thing.

This was made a few versions back but it showed the image on the center of the screen. It was also a part of one city roleplaying mod.

I used to have the Green Block one (?), but the link from the clan page broke at one point, as did the link to bobandrobs.

Hmmm.
I guess that would make a welcome message useless to people who join for the first time. A spawn message however might still be useful.
