No stuff. I agree the ban was justified IF HE HAD DONE THE ACT AFTER THE RULE WAS SUBMITTED.

However, that is not the case - scratch made the topic BEFORE the rule was implemented, yet he was still banned.

Scratch didn't break a rule because the rule didn't exist yet. Now, if he had posted the same topic today, he would have broken a rule BECAUSE THE RULE EXISTS.
