No stuff. I agree the ban was justified IF HE HAD DONE THE ACT AFTER THE RULE WAS SUBMITTED.

However, that is not the case - scratch made the topic BEFORE the rule was implemented, yet he was still banned.

because the rule was most likely made to justify banning scratch. following stuffty trends is dangerous work.
