GPLT Reactors are tested and the floating island is now airborne.  Barnacles are being scraped off the bottom before its never-ending voyage around the world.  It will serve as a landing port and the ONLY, but mobile Erinamese Embassy.  The island is called Dåriñus, a name of a mystical floating island from ancient Erinamese mythology.  The island is inhabited by a small town of an almost completely self-sustaining society and contains a hotel.  Since the entire floating island counts as an Erinamese embassy, the land belongs to Erinaum.  It will be a floating island for diplomatic reasons only.

All world leaders are invited to join in the festivities on the island as it makes its pass above Citta Santa.  There will be Åkkèłé served by the bottle, on the house.  (Åkkèłé is some pretty expensive stuff.  You should sieze this opportunity.)  There will be tea and coffee for any non-drinkers.

Emmeria will be informed of its flight path so that its strato-carriers do not collide with it.

The word you are looking for is Magnum.

I'm afraid something that small would not carry a lot of energy.  You'd probably be able to fire a laser for like 5 seconds to be generous and then have it overheat/run out of power.

Farewell to the MWR-4RM19.  It is being phased out in the Erinamese military.  A new series of the plastoid armor comes out.  The user now has an advanced targeting system in their visor, and any hostile or hostile projectile that can be taken down with an MWR will be indicated.

If you can explain what you mean by [plasma] weaponry, what plasma is, how you plan to contain it and how you will be able to put it in a compact weapon, I will be fine with your development of it.

Of what I understand, it's high-energy matter that's the temperature of the sun.  I would find that impossible, unless you mean shooting syringes with blood plasma in it.
