Teleri investigators track the loss of data regarding the super soldier project to New Manhattan. The agents thought their cloak would protect them, but cloak detecting cameras not linked into the main system detected the agents who were later identified as being part of New Manhattan's own super soldier project.

Teleri council officially revokes the treaty with New Manhattan and issues an ultimatum to the New Manhattan government. Return the data or war will be declared.

Teleri investigators have also ascertained that the data obtained by the New Manhattan agents was a redundancy designed to foil theft (which it succeeded in). The mainframe containing the most recent data was not at the infiltrated facility.

The super soldier project goes on lockdown. No data, personnel, &c. leave the facility until this is all straightened out.

Call bull. I dare you. I've used no security measures a current government couldn't use, and I've used no technology I haven't already developed.

Well first of all, I'm not the only one with stealth capabilities and body augmentations, second of all, the truck blew up, and left no evidence behind whatsoever, and it was also blown up in Kintharia, third, we wouldn't steal data if we weren't sure it was the right stuff.  I'm not calling bull, we basically have the same measures in security although a bit more upgraded.
