What is the Red Star Union, who's involved in it, and does it promote communism

Red Star Union was a Union between Olvaia, Roverica, New Manhattan, and Chernarus back in the old Earth 6.0 thread, and the only remaining members are Olvaia and NM.  It's just like any other union, promotes trade between members and reinforcement/protection in times of war.  And no it doesn't promote commies Herpaderp came up with the name and it sounded good at the time.

EDIT: Oh and I forgot does Emmeria want to join as well?
