I don't know of any feature that lets you see how many you made on a specific day

each post in your "most recent posts" list has a number in the top left corner
so, I went to the last post that said "yesterday" (because it's after midnight), checked that number, and subtracted the number of posts that said "today"
and the result was how many posts I made that day

this could work for any date
