Thanks for this.  I was surfing and found many threads and posts for troubleshooting (even saw this one earlier) but I actually read the bottom part and realized I didn't open that one single port...

Started up an MVM server and got flooded by players literally the second it opened.
I thought I saw a command that makes the visible amount of players less while keeping 32 players max, but I'm not sure.

MvM: Pretty Cool.
Capture Points: Annoying when there is one capture point to capture and everyone is at the same one, but fun.
Capture The Flag: Hey, At least it works like CTF, Doesn't it?
Payload: Quite repetitive when you are trying to push the cart, but it's source at it's best at the same time.
King of the Hill: I was never really a fan of King of the Hill in any games, but this one is actually good.
Special Delivery: Epic!
Training: Zzzzzzzzzz
Medieval: Outstanding, but kinda ruins the point of TF2
Love Cats Mode: What? That was a gamemode? hm.
