As you can see, I made two actions and set my research goals. That is exactly what everyone can do. You can make two actions, and set your research goals.

Furthermore, I'll need everyone to type up what your military stats are. How many people are planned to be in it (You can recruit up to 50,000 soldiers per turn), what weapons they are outfitted with, and so forth. For example, I'll do my military.

Kizerrijk Army:
400,000 Soldiers (50,000 currently)
Outfitted with muskets and metal armor.

Kizerrijk Navy:
100,000 soldiers (100,000 currently)

Uses Ironclads, average of 300 soldiers on each ship.
1,000 soldiers are held in reserves.

If you have any other standard equipment, please list it along with the weaponry used. If you any additional groups, such as a special forces group or cavalry unit, please add them in also.

Ladios, what is the most cost-efficient gun? For example, a gun that doesn't fire any bullets but is equipped with a bayonet can be pretty cheap, as you don't have to make the firing mechanism or the bullets, just the bayonet, the stock, and the barrel. This weapon would also give you a pretty high kill ratio in relation to its cost.

In short, could you be a little more specific? You don't have to say super-specific things, like recoilless AK-47 with a super scope. Just say something like rifle, or musket. It makes things easier when combat comes around.

Now that I think about it, gunpowder weaponry is a little vague. I'll go revise that.
