Just out of curiosity... How are we doing a research tree? I'm the only person in the game, other than Wedge, to have ships, or at least, who researched ships, but somebody has already completed an invasion of another country, one that requires the use of boats (or airplanes. Nobody has researched flight, however.)!
Furthermore, I've just developed gunpowder, something that nobody else has, but somebody is trying to research Navy SEALS! How are you planning on arming them if you haven't researched guns, with sticks? What about the fact that you don't have any boats? How can you have Navy Seals without a Navy? Do they swim?
Besides, the Navy SEALS are a special forces group, not a technology. If you really wanted Navy SEALS, you could just make a special forces group and call them the Navy SEALS, no research needed.
